As a seasoned business person and IT professional with a background in software development, systems thinking and innovation, I engage with clients at a deeper level to (1) ensure that I fully understand the context, and (2) collaboratively craft and implement a suitable solution.

I follow the philosophy penned by Seth Godin viz. “Turn acquaintances into friends, and friends into customers.” I love interacting with all levels of Business and IT professionals, creatively crafting solutions to wicked problems. I am a Systems Thinker and Innovation Catalyst, always looking at the causal nature of problem solving, and collaboratively finding creative solutions. Key for me is the quality of the relationships that exist between stakeholders, as that will define the longevity of creating sustainable value.
